The stunning beauty has appeared in such notable films such as The Devil's Advocate, The Italian Job, Mighty Joe Young, The Cider House Rules, Men Of Honor, Hancock, and her Academy Award winning role in Monster. And 2012 promises to be one of her best years with the films Snow White and the Huntsman and Ridley Scott's Prometheus.

A big happy birthday to Lynda Carter aka the most well known Wonder Woman. Believe it or not Lynda turns 60 today and looks gorgeous.

Happy Birthday P.J. Soles!

This turned out to be a coincidence. I was watching Private Benjamin, the 80's movie starring Goldie Hawn..still quite funny. And lo and behold P.J. Soles was in it. I didn't recall her being in it but there she was. And it was funny because the following year she starred in Bill Murray's army comedy, Stripes. Anyway it's her birthday today and she turns 61. And she looks fabulous. Most known as one of the teens from the original Halloween and that other 70's horror pic Carrie. Some surprise facts I did not know about her though was that she auditioned for the part of Princess Leia in Star Wars and was married to actor Dennis Quaid from 1978 - 1983. Learn something new everyday. Happy Birthday P.J. By the way P.J. stands for Pamela Jaynes.

Happy Birthday Lindsay Wagner..cue Bionic Woman theme music...

Happy Birthday to one of my favorite actresses and a childhood crush, Lindsay Wagner. Best known for playing Jaime Sommers, The Bionic Woman during the mid-70's as a TV spin-off of the popular The Six Million Dollar Man series. I had a major crush on Lindsay during my pre-teen years. Between her, JoAnna Cameron (Isis) and Lynda Carter (Wonder Woman) I was in heaven. As Jamie she used to trades quips with the bad guys while kicking their ass. She was so cool. And then there's this thing she used to do with her hair that drove me crazy. Anyway, Happy Birthday Lindsay who turns 62 today.

She cut her teeth in a sensational role at age 12 in Interview With A Vampire and also played Mary Jane Watson, girlfriend to Peter Parker in all three Spider-Man films. Happy Birthday Kirsten.

Happy Birthday Alaina Huffman

I know what you're thinking...Alaina who? Well, the Canadian actress, who turns 30 on April 17th is currently starring as 1st Lt. Tamara Johansen on the latest incarnation of the sci-fi franchise Stargate. This new series is entitled Stargate: Universe and Alaina is one of the best characters on the show. I knew Alaina previously when she played Black Canary on Smallville and on another sci-fi series called Painkiller Jane. Alaina has been married to John Henry Huffman since 2003 and they have three children. A talented woman with a rising fan base that should produce a long lasting career. Happy Birthday Alaina.

A Belated Happy Birthday To Renee O'Connor

Somehow I missed it being Renee O'Connor's birthday on yesterday. Thanks to Disneyprincess for posting a blog about it or it would have been days or weeks before I realized she had a birthday. I love Xena and I thought she made a great character of Gabbi. So here's a belated Happy Birthday to Renee who turned 39 on Monday February 15th. Here is a pic of her and Lucy Lawless having a good time singing.
